We can determine if an infant is showing early signs of autism by observing their behaviour in their family environment.
If you can’t come see us, don’t worry, we work with children all over the world.
Just send us a description of what you’ve observed along with a home movie/DVD of your child in normal family life, interacting with family and caregivers. Download background observation form.
The Process
Once we’ve received the video, it will be analyzed by experts, who are highly skilled in the art of Infant observation.
We will observe the behaviour captured on video and look for the subtle signs of early autism. Our team represents multiple disciplines, including developmental therapists, pediatric physiotherapists, speech & music therapists and neurological development specialists.
We will then provide you with a report detailing our findings, which you can use for nurseries, schools, groups to help them better understand your child. We also inform you about treatment options including the ways you can work with your child as a family.
We can also refer you to local specialists and/or work with you find a more intensive program if needed.
